Cancellation
Order cancellation is possible until the product has been shipped or is in production. If cancelled successfully, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation is not possible once the product has been shipped.

Returns
We accept returns if requested within 7 days of delivery. The item must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer covers return shipping costs. No additional fees apply.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your money will be refunded to the original payment method within a few days. You may keep all bonuses, even if returning the product.
